Have you thought about what your legacy might be? Leaving a gift in your Will to Sir David Martin Foundation is a very special act of generosity and foresight.

Is this for me?

People leave gifts of all sizes. You don’t have to be wealthy to leave a gift in your Will as every dollar has the power to save young lives.

Gifts in Wills are for people who want to make a positive difference to their community. These gifts honour their memory, and ensure vulnerable young Australians continue to get the support they need.

Gifts in Wills can take various forms

  • The residue of your Estate: after you have looked after your loved ones, you may choose to leave what remains to Sir David Martin Foundation. This is called a residuary bequest.
  • A percentage of your Estate: this option has the advantage of not being affected by inflation. If your estate changes, your bequest remains in proportion with other parts of your Will.
  • A specific Bequest: this option allows you to specify the exact amount or asset you wish to leave to Sir David Martin Foundation in your Will.
